Mud Season in Steamboat is here (a little early this year). We plan to remain open our normal hours this Mud Season.

To give our staff a little break, we will not be taking custom orders for dates from

April 28 thru May 13.

Bread will also not be available these dates. The bakery WILL be open during this time with our other normal items. Thank you for your understanding.

Welcome to Inclusions Bakery and Dessert Bar. Our bakery is about making quality scratch-made baked goods in a dedicated gluten free environment. Inclusions is an introduction to our kind of classics, fancy and not so fancy desserts and savory options.

Inclusions Bakery and Dessert Bar has been more than 10 years in the making, and a lifetime of recipe development, family recipes and unique flavor combinations. 

We're a work in progress, and hope that is always the case.
